Compliments, Concerns and Complaints
We are happy to receive any compliments or suggestions to improve our school at any time. Any concern regarding your child's education should be refered to the class teacher, who will be happy to discuss this with you.
Any complaint should be addressed to the Headteacher, who will hopefully resolve the matter. In the event of the problem remaining unresolved, full details should be put in writing and addressed to the Chair of the Governing Body. The matter will then be dealt with in accordance with the School Complaints Procedure.
Access to Public Documents:
Parents/carers can request access to inspect a copy of any document, which is required to be made available statutorily, by contacting the school office.
A copy of our most recent Freedom of Information Scheme is also available from the school office.
